How to Ride Transit Using Your Phone

  • Download your mobile app of choice from the options above
  • Purchase passes to use immediately or store them for future rides (note: an internet connection is required to purchase and activate a mobile pass)
  • As the bus approaches open your app and tap your pass to activate
  • Once onboard follow instructions in the app to validate your ticket

ID Required

Discount fares apply to children aged 6-18, seniors age 65+, disabled, and veteran’s. Riders using the Discount tickets may be asked to show their Discount Eligibility Card, or other valid ID. To find out how to get an Eligibility card go to the B-Line website (blinetransit.com) or call (530) 809-4616, ex. 1.
Paratransit

Registration Needed

Paratransit fares are valid on Paratransit and Dial-a-Ride services. Rider must be a registered Paratransit rider in order to use this system.

Pack of 10 passes, each valid for 60 minutes after first use.
LOCAL 30 Day

Thirty day passes are valid for 30 consecutive days.
REGIONAL Single Ride

Valid on REGIONAL SERVICE. Ticket will display for 2 hours.
REGIONAL 10 Rides

Valid on REGIONAL SERVICE. Ticket will display for 2 hours.
REGIONAL 30 Day

Valid on REGIONAL SERVICE.
Day

Day passes are valid until midnight on the day activated.

Valid on PARATRANSIT SERVICE. Ticket will display for 30 minutes.
10 Ride

Valid on PARATRANSIT SERVICE. Ticket will display for 30 minutes.
