ID Required Certain passengers are eligible for a reduced fare on fixed-route service: Students in grades K-12, Haskell Indian Nations University students, Age 60+, Persons with disabilities — Medicare or T-Lift card. Passengers seeking a reduced fare are required to prove their status through a valid state-issued or student ID, Medicare card or T-Lift ID (provided by Lawrence Transit System). Only students in grades K-9 are not required to show proof of age to qualify for reduced fare. Riders who cannot show proof of eligibility will be charged full fare. Reduced fare passes can only be sold to the eligible individual or to parents of children. |
